Roads in yellow: First network, launched before the arrival of Haussmann in 1853
Roads in red: Second network, projects included in the “180 Million Franc Treaty” of 1858
Roads in blue: Subsequent projects launched by Haussmann, funded by the city of Paris
Roads in mauve: Projects built after the end of the Second Empire (i.e. post 1870)
Green: Second Empire parks
White: Second Empire squares
